Elex Products Limited was founded 2002 and was established as a manufacturer and a distributor of cleaning and sanitation products for both Industrial and Domestic use.
As we grew our clientele base, there was an increased demand to diversify our product range in order to satisfy the needs of our customers. It is in this regard that we established our Laundry and pool maintenance range of products. In our wide range of products, we pride ourselves in being the home of Cerrazo Tile Cleaner, Kenya’s No.1 Bathroom Cleaner as awarded at the FMCG Awards 2023/24 and 2024/25.
Over the years, we have established a strong clientele base serving millions of consumers both locally and across the East African region having major distributors in Tanzania, Uganda, Zanzibar, Burundi, and Rwanda.
Our diversified range of quality-driven, innovative products has been the first choice for cleaning services in hospitality, medical, educational, construction, and industrial institutions for over 20 years.

Gabriel Muli is the Founder and the Managing Director of Elex Products Limited. He is a trained accountant and has held senior finance positions with multinational corporates for over 20 years before venturing into entrepreneurship.
Ruth Muindi
Co-Founder & Customer Relations Director
Ruth Muindi is the Co-Founder and the Customer Relations Director at Elex products Limited. Together with Gabriel Muli, they have been able to transform Elex products from its humble beginnings as a detergents company into a fast-growing detergents manufacturer serving the Kenyan market and beyond.
